What cycles are offered by Cymour?
We offer the following types of cycles
Single Speed Cycles
Sturdy and robust, these cycles are equipped with airless tyres, non-rust chain & an ergonomic design which makes them comfortable city bikes, perfect for short commutes.
Multi Speed Cycles
Sporty and rugged, these are all terrain bikes great for Indian roads. Ride them for fitness, leisure and sports.
Pedal Assist Cycles(Coming soon)
Elegant, powerful and equipped with rechargeable batteries these cycles can assist speeds of 25-35 kmph without breaking sweat.

How do I get started?
If this is your first time riding with us, tap on the Start Ride button on your home screen to get started.
We offer complimentary ride minutes for a refundable security deposit of ₹500.
These ride minutes are available as follows:
500 minutes of Single Speed (Non-Gear) cycles or 100 minutes of Multi Speed (Geared) cycles
These complimentary ride minutes are valid for 3 days and you can consume them as you wish.
Please note these minutes are not cumulative, meaning you can ride either 500 minutes of a Single Speed cycle or 100 minutes of a Multi Speed cycle.
For guests at our location partners, you may receive a complimentary guest code. Please avail the code by entering it on the Guest Code option.
Please note that you cannot use a guest code if you have already purchased a pack.
How do I purchase ride minutes?
You can get started by purchasing Top Up minutes for each type of cycle offered, starting from as low as ₹50. Your Top Up minutes are valid for 6 months. The validity updates every time you make a top up purchase.
You can purchase Add On packs which are activated over your Top Up minutes. These packs are designed to give you flexibility as per your riding needs.
At the moment we have two types of Add On packs:
The Monthly pack gives you 180 daily ride minutes of any cycle and is valid for 1 month.
The Hybrid pack doubles the current minutes in your Top Up account and is valid for 1 month.
If your Add On pack expires or you ride in excess of the available minutes in your Add On account, you'll be charged from your Top Up account.
When an Add On pack is active, you can tap on the home screen to check the available minutes in your Top Up account.
We'll soon be introducing more Add On packs so stay tuned!
Why am I being charged when I am not riding?
Your ride starts when you unlock the cycle at a pod and stops when you lock the cycle at a Cymour designated pod. You will be charged as long as the cycle is with you and out of a Cymour pod. If you believe you are being charged in error please get in touch with us.

Why was my account was flagged?
We flag accounts for the following reasons

🚲 Misuse of our services

Why do you need my personal details such as address and photo identification?
Cymour engages a large community of cycling enthusiasts. In order to keep it amicable we validate each member's identity. We collect the following details
🚲 Government issued photo identification
🚲 Your current address
🚲 Your phone number
You will not be able to use our services without providing the above details
We also collect optional emergency contact numbers to contact during an emergency
How do I get my security deposit refund?
Please fill the form here to request the refund of your security deposit.
Note that your account will be deactivated immediately after submitting this request and you will not be able to ride anymore.
You can activate your account again at any point of time by simply getting started on the app.
What is a ride?
Your ride starts when you unlock a cycle from one of our pods.
You can take it with you wherever you want for as long as you wish to.
Your ride ends when you lock the cycle and park it in one of our pods.
At the moment you can park only in the pods in your township.

Which pods can I start and finish my rides?
You can start a ride from any of the pods in your township.
You can end the ride by locking and parking the cycle in any of the pods in your township.
You cannot finish ride in a pod located in a different township.
Why can't I start a Ride?
Here are a few reasons why you may not be able to start a ride.
🚲 You have not purchased ride minutes
🚲 You may have pending credit minutes from your last ride
🚲 Your subscription may have expired
🚲 You did not update your profile or your account may have been flagged
🚲 You are trying to start a ride from a pod that is not in your township
🚲 Bluetooth, location, internet services are not available on your phone
